Pam’s Jamz began decades ago, when Pamela and her siblings would gather in the kitchen to bake holiday jam-filled cookies. The store-bought jams they used never tasted like the label promised—so Pamela started making her own.
Those early batches were packed with real fruit and vibrant flavor, and people noticed. Friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers began asking for more. Their excitement—and the unmistakable difference in quality—sparked a passion that grew from a family tradition into an artisanal craft.
Over the years, Pamela perfected her classic, spicy, and specialty jamz, then expanded her offerings to include sourdough cornbreads, English muffins, cinnamon swirl buns, and other baked goods that share the same dedication to flavor and quality.
Today, Pam’s Jamz continues to grow—through farmers’ markets, artisan stores, online sales, event pairings, and collaborations with wineries, cheese shops, and local culinary partners.
